Our Compliance Program, originally accredited by FLA in 2007, was re-accredited in 2010 and again in 2020. New Era has been an active member of the Fair Labor Association (FLA) as a “Participating Company” since 2003, and has held leadership positions on the Board of Directors and in FLA committees. We select suppliers that share our commitment to ethical practices, labor standards, and environmental responsibility. New Era's Workplace Code of Conduct is based on internationally recognized labor and human rights standards, including international principles aimed at preventing trafficking and slavery, and all forms of forced labor.
